Everything by the William Parker Quartet (Rob Brown on alto sax, Lewis "Flip" Barnes on trumpet, Parker on bass, Drake on drums) and associated ensembles is great.
Peter Brötzmann's Die Like A Dog (Toshinori Kondo on trumpet, Brötzmann on various reeds, Parker on bass, Drake on drums) is also excellent; I particularly recommend the two volumes of Little Birds Have Fast Hearts. I just found out recently that Brötzmann actually introduced Parker to Drake, which surprised me.
I like a lot of Drake's work with Fred Anderson, particularly the Eremite album Two Days In April (with Kidd Jordan and Parker) and the Thrill Jockey album From the River to the Ocean with Jeff Parker on guitar, Harrison Bankhead on cello, piano, and bass, and Josh Abrams on bass and guimbri.
