London Bach Choir not children.

Although 'Ride - I don't know where it comes from' was based on the RS song and that one does feat a children's choir.

Hmm, the soprano voices sound qualitatively like boy sopranos though. Wonder if there's a definitive source saying there weren't children singing with the choir?

Don't know how official it is but this guardian article reassures it's not a children's choir.

I think they're both awful so I'm not including them on the 'top 100' whatever that means but but other songs with children's choir I remember right now:

Passion Pit - Little Secrets
Terrorvision - Tequila

I can't find any credits that confirm this: Sonic Youth - Little trouble girl? Is it a children's choir or just Kim's vocals overlayed?

✖✖✖ (Moka), Monday, 12 October 2015 05:43 (three years ago) link

"Little Trouble Girl" definitely doesn't have a choir on it

beamish13, Monday, 12 October 2015 05:47 (three years ago) link

BTW, my sister-in-law was the "alien" in the video for it!

beamish13, Monday, 12 October 2015 05:48 (three years ago) link

Another one which makes a great use of a children's choir:

26. Gotan Project - Rayuela

That's really cool :) Isn't the opening chorus (and the subsequent chorus) sung by a choir? I'm hearing like 3 or 4 voices in there. What I can't define if it's children singing it or a Kim Deal recording of the same part several times.

Pretty sure the children's choir on "Panic" is actually Morrissey's voice treated in some way. Or perhaps I'm thinking about "Bigmouth Strikes Again"

Great thread. A couple obvious ones that haven't been mentioned

School's Out by Alice Cooper
Youth of the Nation by P.O.D.

Is the choir in "Move Along" by The All American Reject's a children's choir? I dunno.
