It's too bad Frances inherited the "fat" gene from Courtney.

Frances looks like a cross between mid-'80s Elizabeth Fraser and the singer from Keane in that September 8, 2005 photo...

Cobain's Pajama Surprise

Frances Bean Cobain stunned photographers on a new Elle magazine photo shoot when she turned up wearing her late father Kurt Cobain's old pajamas.

The shoot featured celebrity offspring wearing the clothes of their rock 'n' roll parents -- with Kimberly and Ruby Stewart sporting old lumberjack coats belonging to their dad Rod, and Midge Ure's daughter Molly Lorenne modeling the coat her father wore in the Ultravox video for "Vienna."

But 14-year-old Cobain's apparel, first worn by the tragic Nirvana frontman on his wedding day to Courtney Love, was a more bizarre choice.

She says, "He got married to my mom in them in Hawaii in 1992 so I thought it'd be cute if I wore them today."

Frances had a third interview in ELLE Magazine August 4, 2006 about her style of clothing. She also mentions that she would not want to get into music; she would rather be on Broadway or direct a movie because she would rather be behind the camera than in front, and called herself bossy. She say she owns over 200 pairs of jeans, 137 pairs of shoes and atleast 50 designer handbags. She claims her look is a "Modern Bohemian type thing".

I get allergic reactions when I see Kim Stewart's pictures.

Update, I guess.

Actually I like this most of all:

And while she gets along with her mom, despite the occasional typical clash, Cobain sings praises of her paternal grandmother, who lives in Olympia, Washington. The teen calls her "the most constant thing I've ever had. I'm really lucky because I've been able to go places and meet people you can only dream of, but she's probably the person I respect most out of anybody in the world."

Wouldn't it be more interesting/satisfying/RIGHT if they formed the antithesis of a punk band? Like a prog-skiffle-disco band or something?

Frances Bean Cobain, the child of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, apparently really dislikes Ali Lohan, the younger sister of actress Lindsay Lohan. In a posting similar to something her wacky mother might write, Frances writes an open letter to Lohan. Read it in full here and decide for yourself - did she inherit the crazy gene or did her mother hack her account and post it?

This is my open letter to Ali Lohan.
Your not entitled to anything simply because your sister has a recognizable name. Your idea of fame isn't fame. It's infamy. You want to be famous? Work your ass off and make decisions that could potentially catapult your career into a lasting one. Notariety for who you are and notaritey for the work you produce are two completely differnt things. I understand that you have been brought up in an envirtoment where the idea of fame is easily achievable but, that's not an excuse. You lack the talent, social understanding and credibility to be anything other then infamous. Your careere choices, thus far, will transcend a future career as someone who attempted to be famous, but never quite achieved it. And if you do, it will be the formality of fame that puts you on the covers of tabloids, while the public idly watches you plumit into the murky abyss shared with the likes of Spencer Pratt & Jon Gosslin who, i'm sure, will steal your money whilst there. Fortunately for the world, there are people who have and don't have recognizable names, who have obtained artistic integrity and will one day, hopefully, bring that tangible artisticness into light again. Though, its hard to think thats achievable when people like You ali lohan are rendering the world of true talent by attempting to make your entitled ass noticed. How is this fair to the people who HAVE artistic integrity, or a mind? How is it fair to those who truly have something to offer the human race other then a dwindling last name and a few shitty films, both of which, solidified the idea that your just a celebrities sibling. I recognize that i might come across as harsh and no, i don't personally know you, but its the actions that you take, that speak for you. You blatently don't care how your recognized, its the objective to get famous and that is what makes you replaceable and a recycled idea .Well, im ashamed to have to be grouped into the same category of person as you. I would rather die a most painful death the be assoicated with the kind of careere your trying to make for your self. I hope i'm wrong because generally i'm not a very judgmental person, but in the case of you, that is MY entitlement.

Frances deleted her Twitter account, but you can view the message in full here, as well as its responses.

seven months pass...

"Bean, I saw you at Coachella with (her boyfriend, who may be named Isaiah) in a pic. He looks sweet and like your dad actually," Love wrote. "I hope he takes care of you and you look beautiful, even though you have an angry furrow. ... I think that's called your 'lawyer lie' furrow."

And from there, Love started picking up steam, writing that she "won't tolerate" being named on "worst mothers lists" and that she plans on fighting for Frances, even if it means going to court.

"The last thing I look forward to in this life is any trial, but I'm a good mother and I won't allow you to believe such nonsense, so suit up," she wrote. "I love you, sorry to take to the world wide Ethernet, but I love you and I don't know how to tell you without telling one of the pack, madly."

After that, she went back to weighing in on Frances' relationship with her boyfriend, warning that if he treats her wrong, "I'll get him."

"There's plenty of fish in the sea lining up for both of us, who will treat us like princesses and not 2nd class citizens, or damaged goods," she wrote. "I know you have that in you, if he's not treating you like the goddess you are, baby, get the hell out, do not settle. Give them a little time, and if they don't man up, then woman out. That's my advice to you. And don't date a slave, or an assistant, that's no fun."

Love then apologized to Frances "for not marrying E." In the late '90s, she dated actor Edward Norton and was reportedly engaged to him, so that may be to whom she's referring. Then she rattled off a list of do's and don'ts for making a relationship work, including: "Make sure you laugh a lot, and try to have a spiritual connection," "Don't get him presents and don't vie for him, don't over text," and "don't take any sh-- from that boy. ... If he's not a prince and a MAN, he doesn't deserve you, period."

Love concluded by writing that she "prays" for Frances every day, and that she "miss(es) (her) more than anyone has ever missed anyone." She apologized for using Twitter to reach out to her daughter and said that she did so because "the boy stuff you need to hear only from me. ... Wendy (Kurt Cobain's mother, and Frances' court-appointed guardian) is too boy crazy."
