I will almost certainly be voting his '09 Youtube collection as a top ten P+J album of the year; we should start a pact.

Glad to hear more tracks where he drops the drum machine.

الله basedأكبر (forksclovetofu), Thursday, 10 February 2011 05:03 (fifteen years ago)

Do you have a link? Seriously, 7 inch? Not 2xlp?

bamcquern, Thursday, 10 February 2011 05:27 (fifteen years ago)

Dear tiny little publishing company, do not fuck up on your LP mastering like last time. Hopefully the Jimmy buffety early sounding stuff makes it on here.

Also, tiny company, please get your price down somehow.

bamcquern, Thursday, 10 February 2011 05:29 (fifteen years ago)

I was DJing in a massive art gallery on Saturday Night and one of the artists complained that the music was too corporate so I played 'Really Big Cock' by Tonetta. It was then suggested that maybe I just play Motown.

Forks, my LP and 7 inch both had high numbers. Don't know if they are sending later numbers first or if the run is nearing its end.

Mastering on the 7 inch is good, although the source is really lo-fi. The LP is still a bit quiet, but it seems to be an improvement over 777 I. No weird Jimmy Buffett style numbers yet, but I'm hoping.

Haha, definitely. A 2xLP is in the works. Wonder if I will feel like a sucker for ordering it. This last one was kind of boring.

bamcquern, Friday, 15 April 2011 06:44 (fifteen years ago)

I'm sort of surprised by the focus on his music over the persona. I now love the songs I've heard, but I would probably not have listened to them if I hadn't been drawn in by the first video I saw (forget the name - something w/ lyrics "I'm so horny I could choke on a cock"). The music is kind of a medium for the character for me. Regardless, <3.
