don't know what thread this belongs in but I discovered it yesterday and it's one of the few times in recent years I've been able to say "holy shit, I've never heard anything that sounds like this". maybe like if No Now by Clarence Clarity was remixed by Max Tundra and produced by James Ferraro. dunno if it's "good" exactly but it seems to be popular in certain corners of the internet and there's a lot of mystery behind it.
