There were 77 good songs. Maybe.

There were only 50 because that’s all that was allowed.
Everything else was terrible.

Around how many does an average EOY poll get?

the 2021 poll received 77 tracks ballots and 86 albums ballots so this is very much in line with that (78 received of each)

EOY vote numbers have been declining for a while though, used to be a fair bit higher than that
