11 years have passed since the last public appareance of the Daft Punk duo (ignoring the grammys) , this time as a surprise guest in the Madison Square Garden, with his ex Darlin' partner Laurent Brancowitz, for just 20 minutes, bringing back memories of the begining of the band.
Every single scene, every single moment were managed to be upscaled and corrected, even rebuild into 60fps if it were possible, this way the concert would look like if it happened yesterday.
The audio have several filters and some trickery to keep up at the level of the performance.
Thanks to every single one who recorded even a single bit of this amazing gig.

sorry for a hot take, but daft punk were never great when it came to feminine energy, were they? always kind of a boys thing.

Yeah, it's especially apparent in their teen-male-gaze-y merch ads, and in things like both(!) of the "Club Soda" videos. Plus they infamously said they moved from the rock scene to dance clubs because it was a better opportunity to meet sexy women.

I do think their choice of male vocalists has always been on the androgynous end, soundwise. Maybe because Thomas & Guy-Man don't have very deep voices and their vocalists are stand-ins for themselves.

I like this song but I've never quite gotten the "So Much Barf To Hurl" slam out of my mind when I hear it.

I voted for 5 Le Knight Club tracks, one of which was "Coral Twist," and at this point I'd be surprised if any of the other 4 place.

I have been to the Mayan Theater a bunch of times during the early 90s but moved to San Francisco in 95 and missed that show.

Fragments Of Time is my favourite song on RAM and was my number four. It's just perfect.

it's the one track from RAM that provides the sort of thrills you'd expect

"Fragments in Time" is great, the laidback feel and the way Todd sings... it reminds me of early Steely Dan filtered through Daft Punk
