Finally reading Lords of Chaos. Does it ever address whether or not Dead was openly or otherwise white supremacist, or has this been discussed elsewhere?

I never mentioned it on this thread, but the owner of the Pilot Light made fun of my dead Dead costume mentioned upthread. While dressed as a boy scout.

Dead? I didn't personally know him so others might be better placed to judge that but the few people around him I knew always described him as a total (but likeable) misanthrope with an unhealthy fascination with death. The whole supremacist/nordic theme only caught on in that scene years after his death.

Yeah, that's certainly the impression they give in Lords of Chaos. Was Varg the one who kickstarted the white supremacist thing within the Norwegian scene, then?
