I for one was looking forward to the tribute and it was really awful on a number of levels, I think Chris would've been a nice addition to it.

the rappers who actually give a shit about community activism or giving back to the hood don't have the time to become famous too and the rappers who are already rich and have half a conscience just cut a check for the pet cause of the year and then keep it moving

i mean every rapper i know here talks about how they'd "give back to the hood" if they made it big, but the only ones who actually would probably won't blow up because they're already doing social work or running rec centers and don't need $ to make a difference anyway
