IMO, that’s why this doesn’t even generate the same interest as, say, when the Smash Mouth guy occasionally tweets something that gets traction... Eve 6 is just a band name to me, so seeing them go all Try-Hard Twitter Engagement™ feels particularly shrug-worthy (tho I guess the “standard tuning” tweet is clever).

If this is him and not a calculated marketing move, I’m hoping it’s the result of a gnarly adderall bender.

A girl who liked me complimented me by saying I looked like the singer for Eve 6 (I did not) - ran into her a decade later and she was amazed that I didn't pick up on that as her flirting with me.
