Every time I see Sanjay Gupta on CNN, I get the Pixie's Subbacultcha stuck in my head.

And look at Don Lemon in a funny kind of way, what you call it
When you look at the guy in a curious kind of way
You know when you SANJAY GUPTA.

I must've read the phrase 'keep refrigerated' hundreds of times before yesterday but now that I've inexplicably read it in the style of the Offspring I don't know that I'll ever read it the same again.

I will often say the word "Oolong" in manner similar to the ULLAA sound from Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of the War of the Worlds.

This barely fits the thread—but in “Absolutely Sweet Marie,” when Dylan sings, “Well, I got the FEEEVER,” I always think he’s gonna finish with: “...for the flavor of a Pringle!”

The painting "Little Red Note: Dordrecht" popped up on my screensaver the other day, and my brain started singing "Little Red Dordrecht, you're movin' much too fast." But I'm not sure if that counts because I had to drop a word to make it work.

'Q Anon' always sets off the 'and on and on and onnn...' bit of Don't Stop Believin' for me - which is distressing as I see it about 10 times a day at the moment.

This weekend, I was charged with distracting my partner's dog with a freeze-dried "Wild Weenie" treat product. Unfortunately, just at that moment, I had "Angry Johnny" by Poe stuck in my head. It begins.

Li'l Brexit (Tracer Hand), Tuesday, 9 February 2021 17:07 (five years ago)

Wow, I somehow never connected the syllabic pattern of "Message in a Bottle" with my near-constant "Girlfriend in a Coma" trochee fixation.

Up to now I would almost certainly immediately sing "chicken in a bucket I know, I know, it's serious."

Now I am going to have to completely reassess "Message in a Bottle." In both directions! So like I can sing "Message in a bottle I know, I know, it's serious." But also everything like "kitten with a backpack" can be Policified, not just Smithsed.

This is mindblowing.

when I was a kid everybody talked about Ozzy's "Crazy Train", but I didn't think I'd heard it before (turns out...I actually hadn't).

so I heard "Have a Cigar" by Pink Floyd and when they said "riding the gravy train" I thought they said "riding the Crazy train" and I wasl ike "why do people think this is a classic heavy metal song, wtf, there's an organ in it"
