i know this song came out months ago but i'm still not over the way the strings swell in "leave it alone"

all of the guitar/bass interplay on this is really lovely too cf. the bridge of "cinnamon"

wow. that was great.

I like this album a lot, it feels like a natural evolution for her in a lot of ways. It's not as loaded with killer tunes as the last two Paramore albums, but there are plenty of good ones and I like hearing her explore different settings. You can spot the influences all day long but none of it feels too obvious or forced. Very much a "mature" album, in all kinds of ways.

Simmer is probably my favorite song of the year. I don't know that anything else on the album reaches that height but Roses/Lotus/etc is close. don't like this quite as much as After laughter which I never tire of, but it's very good.

is there a plan to release a 'III' EP or is it just I + II and now the full album's out?
