I think it's a little too simplistic to call them the greatest band of all time. It's worth noting, for example, that they are the greatest band of all space, as well. Show me a band in the universe that is a better band and I'll tell you to shut the fuck up because you are wrong and should shut up.

I don't think anybody who thinks a better band has ever existed is wrong, I think they're obviously lying and pretending to like something else just to look cool and hard

All these are great (I Remembered How to Fly and It's Actually Really Easy was an amazing comeback album) but Gary is ahead of its time. I think modern music is still trying to catch up with it. Also Jean-Paul was probably the greatest one-man songwriting team of our era, the best songwriter since Roger Hammerstein.

I'll never understand why they changed their name early on. Turd Wizard and the Futiliteens would've been even bigger superstars imo.
