I'd say the only blot on the Kraftwerk discography is some of the dated-sounding reworkings on "The Mix", if that even counts.

The Mix was the first Kraftwerk album I ever heard and it's still one of my favorites.

The Prince and the Revolution discography is not that good, they have some great songs of course, but they're not quite as strong as albums as 1999 or Sign o' the Times, for example. Around the World and Parade especially have several meh filler tunes.

My suggestions seem niche-y - I can imagine people not liking some of these bands at all - but, taken on their own terms, I think these groups all have p flawless discogs (helps that some of them are not extensive discogs). Was also tempted to say someone like Dylan, just because the 'crap' is at the very least of DEEP interest to even the semi-committed fan. Or, Jandek.

Gastr del Sol - if anything, they went out on their best alb but it's all good
Television - their reunion alb may be a notch below Marquee Moon - or Adventure - but it's still a very good Television alb)
This Heat - the two studios albs, the EP, the Peel Sessions, the various live sets floating around - all golden
