Good news, I have the Real Pills track, just got it! Will post in a few hours. (Thanks Steve, if you read this thread.)

The definitive answer as to which ep of the two is in the box is this one: http://www.chrisbarber.net/epcovers/ep-006a.htm
I can be confident of this for two very good reasons.
1/ We get a glimpse of the cover in the channel 4 documentary - it's green (tempo exa 31): If I ever cease to love; Bucket got a hole in itWildcat blues; Wabash blues, rather than red (tempo exa 26)!
2/ They play the lead track, 'If I ever cease to love' in the background. I recognised this immediately because that's the ep I bought from ebay which I never uploaded because I thought someone sourced a better version somewhere up there in a previous thread, however I got that bit wrong and obviously we still need me to upload these Colyer tracks - Sorry about that. I'll get onto it!

What you do (and what I would do if I hadn't already used up most of today's free time on this already) is:1: Create a big folder for the files2: Create subfolders for each of the 142 seven-inches3: Drop the existing files in the right folders, with a consistent naming scheme4: Create a .torrent of all that (possibly using TorrentZip: http://www.pleasuredome.org.uk/mameftpgroup/index.php?full#tzip )5: Hand out the torrent so that everyone can start downloading (and encourage those who have most of the files in the torrent already to put them in the right places so the torrent gets seeded much faster)6: When new files are added, update the .torrent file and publish it - it'll only download the new stuff
Am I right in saying that by using this approach the files don't then need to be uploaded - that you, in effect, become the only seed from the start and the files are leeched directly from you until some people have got far enough to become seeders as well? Basically it's already ordered and named properly, and at the stage to be torrent zipped. Am I correct in saying I just do that, then YSI the torrent?

If you've already got a complete fileset for what you want to share, you can just create a torrent using whatever you find easiest (I believe Azureus has some built in tools)
― Yoz, Tuesday, 6 December 2005 15:34 (twenty years ago)
If that's right then I can do this really quickly, if not I'll need to knock up somewhere to upload it to.

The folder is 6gb unzipped, so somehow I don't see it coming down far enough.
I can't remember what's missing, to be honest, but it's only about 5 tracks and none of them are that old - it's just recent things I haven't bothered tracking down.
I have to go out for an hour or so now, but will have a bash at this later and see if I can get it to work.

― patita (patita), Tuesday, 6 December 2005 19:44 (twenty years ago)
There is one track missing from the 'non' Festive Fifty year (1977), and a Leftfield track incomplete in 2000. For some reason 1997 has gone fairly awry and is missing about 20 (but I'm sure us good people can easily fill in the gaps).

clague / siren track is available on the first siren lp, called 'siren' and has been out on cd twice, once as a two-lps-on-one-cd thing:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000AQGO/qid=1133978689/sr=1-19/ref=sr_1_19/104-2426966-6948743?s=music&v=glance&n=5174
the rabbits lp, also credited to siren, claims to have the two dandelion singles tacked on the end but doesn't include 'I Wonder Where' (although The Stride is on it)
am again puzzled at how we can have 75% of #125 but be missing the Rizzo track.
