Help me identify the cover artwork on this wall I found in a photo of a bedroom on a property website.

The one bottom right looks like Greek and appears to say
ΤΑ Μ... Λ... ΤΡΑΓ... (probably τραγούδια)
but that doesn't help a lot because that just means "the ... ... songs"

(have searched for e.g. τα μεγάλα λαϊκά τραγούδια, the great Laïko songs, but nothing similar came up)

makes sense cuz the one on top appears to be greece as well

So, I was wondering about the black and white album rear cover that is propped up behind the DJ (it's a still from 'That Thing You Do' btw) it doesn't look like a 60s record, kinda looks like the back of a John Hiatt record from 1985 or something, any clues?

haha yeah that definitely does not look like an early 60s record!

Yeah, which is maybe why they turned it around, but considering the insane amount of period detail in the movie it's funny.
