the only song on this countdown I've performed live (on bass, which isn't on the original song, lol)

Summertime Blues is so timeless. The lyrics are of their time, but the production (the handclaps...), the space in the sound, and the sound of the guitars.

went with a different GBV track that isn't gonna make it, but Game of Pricks is an obvious classic with perfect lyrics. unfortunately for this poll, my favorite GBV song is 2 minutes on the dot.

I voted for tons of indie rock/pop but would rather have classics than a lot of the high placing indie. Not that I care too much
