how soon we forget "dessert OR DISASTER"

gabb nebula (some dude), Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:33 (seventeen years ago)

nah nah nah

there was a video for "make love" where her and keri fondle each other on a bed iirc - universal calls it a "viral commercial" whatever the hell that means - anyway the embed's not gonna work cuz it's on universal's youtube channel, but click thru

hazmat yayo (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:40 (seventeen years ago)

calling kanye "her" = a freudian slip

hazmat yayo (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:41 (seventeen years ago)

really kinda kanye's publicity grab was brought up on the chris brown thread around the same time this comes out

da croupier, Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:53 (seventeen years ago)

kinda surprised, rather

da croupier, Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:53 (seventeen years ago)

big lolz @ a 'viral commercial' that's managed to go virtually unnoticed for a month despite starring someone who i find myself hearing about every damn time i look any any website ever

even bigger lolz @ it being shot during kanye's brief mullet period

gabb nebula (some dude), Thursday, 28 May 2009 03:08 (seventeen years ago)

i hope his next album has some lines about his mullet period like "yeah that tuxedo might've been a little guido"

hazmat yayo (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 28 May 2009 03:10 (seventeen years ago)

if chris brown smacked kanye > or < than hamilton's assistant punching him?

im drunk so no forks (forksclovetofu), Thursday, 28 May 2009 04:19 (seventeen years ago)

<<< yung berg running into a wall and knocking himself out

gabb nebula (some dude), Thursday, 28 May 2009 04:20 (seventeen years ago)

nothing will top hamilton getting punched and i'd rather see ye punch chris if anything

hazmat yayo (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 28 May 2009 04:22 (seventeen years ago)

oh right, so he is actually bowline, why didn't they just put the camera at eye level?

brown pleads guilty

Arch Cancerped (The Reverend), Tuesday, 23 June 2009 02:27 (seventeen years ago)

5 years probation is probably a bitch but i think he should've gone to prison for some amount of time

whiney g. gordon liddy (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 23 June 2009 02:29 (seventeen years ago)

yeah i heard some dumb chick call into the radio like "5 years is a long time, that was really harsh" smh

my mans paul tsongas (some dude), Tuesday, 23 June 2009 02:30 (seventeen years ago)

wow, if he's straight copping to it then fuck yeah he should've done some prison time.
if there's any good from this, it's the judge imposing a two-way restraining order so both of them can make some kind of attempt to reset. But really, beating people badly then admitting to it should involve some punitive measures shouldn't it? NAGL.

probably gets busy with larper chicks or somefin' (forksclovetofu), Tuesday, 23 June 2009 04:59 (seventeen years ago)

yeah, but the way our legal system works, you generally get off easier if you plea out

body merkin (The Reverend), Tuesday, 23 June 2009 05:16 (seventeen years ago)

also if you're spectacularly rich.

Whiney G. Weingarten, Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:15 (sixteen years ago)

i gotta say, i'm not at all mad at jay-z for blackballing chris from the BET awards MJ tribute

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:16 (sixteen years ago)

as much as people say "LOL JAYZ SCARED OF AUTOTUNE OH NOES", it's nice that he's not so concerned with going where the money is that he can still call chris brown a dickhead

Whiney G. Weingarten, Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:18 (sixteen years ago)

omg what the hell

her performance (ie, her pubes) stood out for me (HI DERE), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:18 (sixteen years ago)

holy shit @ whiney's link - i think at this age he's leaning a bit closer to "huge fucking dick" to "a kid with good intentions making bad decisions (ie bow wow video)"

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:18 (sixteen years ago)

you stay class, Chris Brown.

The Sorrows of Young Jeezy (jim), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:20 (sixteen years ago)

i wonder what the people he's surrounding himself with are saying to him.
wouldn't one of them say "hey dude, the 300K not my fault pendant? I'd let that one pass for the next few months"

Why? I forget what biologists have suggested. (forksclovetofu), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:20 (sixteen years ago)

i think it's been well established that lots of famous people (and i guess powerful people in general) only surround themselves with yes men so i doubt that chris brown's assistant is going to risk his scorn by going "uh that chain you just paid $300k for is probably in bad taste and you should never actually wear it"

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:23 (sixteen years ago)

and like i think i would be able to give the chain a pass on some "alright you are clearly young and dumb" shit if it said SORRY or IDIOT or basically anything but OOPS!

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:25 (sixteen years ago)

really the only way this could be worse was if the chain said OOPS ¯\(°_o)/¯

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:26 (sixteen years ago)

"my bad dawg"?

Why? I forget what biologists have suggested. (forksclovetofu), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:26 (sixteen years ago)

i can think of lots of other ways that this could be worse

rip dom passantino 3/5/09 never forget (max), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:27 (sixteen years ago)

the true hero here is the jeweler, who milked him out of $300K and made him look like an asshole

her performance (ie, her pubes) stood out for me (HI DERE), Tuesday, 7 July 2009 21:28 (sixteen years ago)

coming here to post that I just had lunch one table over from chris (and entourage) not fifteen minutes ago at American rag on la brea. They were necking out MILFs and giggling about it. and his bentley's license plate is MRBENT

moonship journey to baja, Tuesday, 7 July 2009 22:11 (sixteen years ago)

HI DERE otm, and i have no problem with him making horrible tasteless decisions like this if it makes it that much harder for him to rehabilitate his image and have a career again

Turnswagonesque (some dude), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:15 (sixteen years ago)

it's too bad the text-on-crotch BAPE look is so last year because I think he'd look good with "SHE STARTED IT" in neon orange across the front of his jeans

Turnswagonesque (some dude), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:17 (sixteen years ago)

I sincerely wish with all my heart that someone would beat the everliving shit out of him and put him in the fucking hospital

tbqf fridays (Whiney G. Weingarten), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:37 (sixteen years ago)

is it weird that i've always had such a strong dislike for him and general impression that he's a huge asshole that my opinion of him hasn't actually changed much at all in the past 6 months? like i at least feel justified for it now, but the feeling's pretty much the same.

Turnswagonesque (some dude), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:40 (sixteen years ago)

yeah I feel the same some dude

Monday Nite Tranny Party (The Brainwasher), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:43 (sixteen years ago)

Monday Nite Tranny Party (The Brainwasher), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:44 (sixteen years ago)

fifteen minutes ago at American rag on la brea

you get some new shoes?

velko, Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:45 (sixteen years ago)

there's no way that chain could be a direct reference to beating the shit out of rihanna...that's just way too stupid for any human being to do let alone spend 300k on. Doesn't his mom like manage him or something??? you'd think she would say, "hey, maybe get a different word"

or is there just no judgment going on in this kid's world

.rar .rar riot (surfboard dudes get wiped out, totally), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:46 (sixteen years ago)

he's probably outgrown mom management and based on his first public apology being from inside lil bow wows batcave bowling alley i don thtink it's a stretch to say that it's a direct reference to the rihanna situation - what else is he saying? "oops! im rich as hell!"?

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:57 (sixteen years ago)

also i agree, i would like to see chris brown get beat up unmercifully and i for one really love his music - beating a woman that badly and then having no discernible remorse is just beyond despicable

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 04:58 (sixteen years ago)

who are you to say that he has no remorse? I mean, I don't get the calls for him to "apologize" - i'm sure he's apologized to rihanna and that's really all that matters.. and he's been through the legal system and has been dealt his punishment.. honestly what more do you want from him?

Monday Nite Tranny Party (The Brainwasher), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:00 (sixteen years ago)

i don't necessarily think he needs to beg the public's forgiveness, but he's carried the whole thing relly petulantly, like he can't believe anyone's holding it against him (i.e. that video where he plugs his albuma nd goes "everybody that's hataz, they just been hataz")

Turnswagonesque (some dude), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:02 (sixteen years ago)

I would like him to become a mod on ILX and ban you

tbqf fridays (Whiney G. Weingarten), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:03 (sixteen years ago)

and honestly though I've never been a fan of Chris, the whole BET Awards situation - if the Jay-Z rumors are true - is majorly fucked up.. Chris would've been the perfect person to pay tribute to MJ, and it has been said that the Jackson family requested Chris for the show, so really I don't get why they would pull him because of Jay-Z... I mean, who cares about Jay-Z anyway? And the BET Awards would've at least been somewhat watchable if he had performed.... it was disastrous.

Monday Nite Tranny Party (The Brainwasher), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:03 (sixteen years ago)

who needed to see him do a MJ routine again? go watch a rerun of the '07 VMAs.

Turnswagonesque (some dude), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:05 (sixteen years ago)

ruffalo stance (J0rdan S.), Wednesday, 8 July 2009 05:06 (sixteen years ago)

there are like a dozen other R&B singers who have sold as many records as Chris Brown that are as big or bigger MJ stans than he is, and many of them performed that night, so who gives a fuck if he wasn't there to represent with Usher and Ginuwine?
