Indeed, and I've already explained one reason why this was the case - you might have been willing to cobble together a ballot at the last nanosecond with whatever, but I wasn't. Another reason is that, well, for some of us, putting together a list of 100 Beatles solo songs isn't actually number one on their list of priorities. I would have loved to have submitted a ballot, but I didn't - and if that's your idea of humour then fucking hell, get out more.

"Coming Up" nowhere near my list. I didn't know deejays flipped the single over and made the live version the hit; I thought it was always so.

'Why' is absolutely phenomenal, IMO. A good few years ahead of its time without a doubt. People who slag Yoko are fucking dickheads.

I thought '#9 Dream' would have been in the top ten... While 'Whatever Gets You Through The Night' got to number one in the US, I don't think it deserved it any where near as much as '#9 Dream', which is one of Lennon's finest songs - easily as good as anything he did while in The Beatles.

I really, really hope that 'Press' is in the Top 10!

Yeah, I can hear that. It's kinda Lennon does ATMP but a few years later, although it's less bombastic sonically, I think.
