It was Poco's logo so it might still have nothing to do with horseriding. But Richie Furay was born again so I can't see him participating in anything untoward.

Richie was out of the band by the time they adopted the horse logo though (although occasionally rejoining)

the horse logo was designed by Phil Hartman incidentally - his brother was Poco's manager
