Urie has been in the music industry for over a decade, the last remaining original member in a band who have consistently taken something inherently theatrical and turned it into something sincere, accessible, and fucking cool. i honestly toyed with the phrasing of the post to find the right combo of "ignorant disdain for coastal elites" to juxtapose with "having opinions on william congreve" and I couldn't find something that was as concisely effective at conveying ignorance as misspelling a homophobic slur
