I loved one Envy album from another poll, but it wasn't this one!

I can't remember if I voted for that Envy album or not...if not, that was a stupid omission.

I have no recollection of any conversations about Psychic Paramount ever...that doesn't sound like something I would say

Going back a bit, I'm an early-Tool obsessive but never got anywhere with 10,000 Days. I've got the CD edition with the daft goggles, too.

Intrigued by Psychic Paramount, sounds like it might be up my street.

This exactly - although I do love listening to them, the aesthetic goes a long way in selling the music convincingly.

people really raved about that album btw and maybe its better to just remember that than read BTL with lots of white nationalists, anti-semites and people moaning about SJW's

my favorite prog metal tends to be the stuff that avoids the trappings of power metal / symphonic metal. not that i don't like the latter but it feels too obvious a lot of the time
