At one point in the profile, Future is talking about the possibility of settling down, but he might as well be talking about his music: “Why fix something if it’s not broke? If I break it, and I try to fix it again, it might not be the same.”

Well, I prefer the Future from three years ago to this guy. It was fun and exciting up until DS2 but from then on it's mostly been diminishing returns.

lol the first three and "poppin tags" are my favourites plus "scrape". there are some cool moments on it but it's more treading circles than honing to me, it's neither elevation nor advancement and the emotional impact is diminished after the 84392892147th mixtape/album in the same vein

there was always emptiness but it had a counterweight in a certain optimism, the desire for revelation and light. That dynamic was what defined him and which made embracing the emptiness - as part of the truth but not the whole truth about human existence - appealing in the first place.

other than Draco on the first half it seems like he's done better versions of each track already.

Back half is sounding good tho

there are hints of emotional future in the second half, particularly "when i was broke"

back half def picks up.... my EP is like:

Draco, Mask Off, Outta Time, Might As Well (fav track), Feds Did a Sweep, and although I haven't decided if i like it or not yet "i'm so groovy" is cool
