AP is trying to latch herself onto a completely unrelated news story in a desperate attempt to stay relevant.. what else is new?

tbf she had booked this event involving Ghomeshi well before the whole controversy broke, so it's not like she went out of her way to get involved, regardless of how well or poorly she is handling the situation now.

I think it's quite likely that it was Ghomeshi who cancelled, not AP.

there was no way he was going to show up either way but there was also no way AP wasn't going to go 'let's not be hasty!' and churn up some facebook traffic and then 'do the right thing' in the end.

She always has to throw in some bullshit about how hateful and violent her own fans are.
