midnight city is definitely "empty" and if you sweat importance yeah you'll wonder whatever happened to good music and big questions like what's spring clean for the may queen but man it is classic epic nonsense

i don't like it that much, but my almost 5 year old kid loves midnight city every time it comes on the radio

yeah, that's a fair point. i just think they've really got a great stable of metal writers right now and it's a shame for them to be mostly shut out of big features like this. i'd have loved some more Kim Kelly or Grayson blurbs.

The BA bow bow BA sound like speeder bikes from Return Of The Jedi (and thus I feel like I'm 5 when that song is on)

I do not like that new Slipknot tune, and I like a few of their singles. Co-sign on the "Rocket Skates" love though - massive tune. (That or "Leathers" or "Tempest" would have been fine parallel-universe inclusions.)
