I feel that the expense of keeping yr nonces separate from general must be looked at in light of budgetary constraints certainly if that leads to a somewhat higher occurrence of such events I'm not for it but these are hard times and the money is surely better spent in local communities or easing the burden on the squeezed middle dont u agree nakh
