Is Westbam outsider house then? "Mr. Peanut" from 1992 sounds kinda similar to that Lil' Louis track, IMO:

I don't know, it sounds normal to me. outsider house is basically a fancy term for leftfield/weird/psychedelic/lo-fi house. stuff from LIES, sex tags mania, etc. people hate the term but it's useful if you need a term to describe this kinda sound.
