I wouldn't worry about Bieber yet - he's not some strung-out drug addict, just a typical dumbass teen (with too much money) who likes to party. I remember another rich dumbass from Ontario who once got arrested in Florida for driving drunk and in possession of weed while still a young man, but that little setback didn't prevent him from turning his life around and growing up to become MAYOR OF TORONTO!

damn, I'm finally listening to Journals and it's dope as fuck! I wasn't even that into Believe

i only listened to the 10 songs parceled out as singles but i couldn't get into it, his singing is still way annoying and the production seemed more tasteful than good

what's hatnin and all that matters convinced me to spend more time digging into this album... the latter is as good an rnb song as i've heard this year.

it's aaliyah-era timbo pastiche production which is catnip to me tbf but biebs is pretty expert on it

Definitely interesting, plus some funny Bieber quotes. His statement about his turning 21 and his recent experiences and its influence on his singing as if he now sounds like he's a grizzled old blues singer...Some other ones too about the synth sounds and Poo Bear

has aged into his roided-up body pretty nicely

smh so hard when Bieber talks about how "expensive" the sounds are in that vid. also his new single is out. pretty underwhelmed considering I do enjoy "where are you now."
