New from the DFA...

Capracara has a new single out on DFA, "King of the Witches" with a Rub N Tug remix. He's previously had a single on Soul Jazz "Flashback 86 / Opal Rush" which were very 80s sounding acid house tracks.

i just heard the demo of mock & toof's underwater for the first time and it sounds hella like tunng (or indeed shack)

i dig this new capracara track. and the rub n tug remix is even better- that vocal sample is sorta seals the deal

I'm really eager to hear the new Still Going and I can't wait to pick up that Juan Maclean record on vinyl. Nice to see the rest of the year looks like it is pretty much in the bag already.

Not really feeling that Britney remix - I don't think he does enough with it and Piece of Me doesn't remix particularly well anyway. He should have had a crack at something like Breathe On Me that lends itself to epic wibble.

I'm really liking the Dundov mix though, but I also like the Dundov album in all its silly unfashionable glory.
