I always found the bassist kind of scary because of those mad spittle flecked vocals he'd do, but then it turns out he's this cute gangly nerdy guy who says things like 'I HURTED MY FINGER.'

I kind of lost interest in them after a while but I always wish the first album got more love, there's a lot of shrieky pop genius on that, and 'Medium Is The Message' is a better Pixies song that most actual Pixies songs and awesome driving music.

Thankyou Malax. There will be a final release, which was due to be an interim one, hopefully a three disc set, a sides, b sides, and a final cd of live tracks (including from the ULU show) and unreleased/demo songs, probably over 50 songs in total. We hope to have it out for regular album price so nobody will feel shafted.

It's super weird, I know they toured, or were going to tour America, but then cancelled, and then I guess rescheduled, but I have no idea when they actually came through town, or, assuming they did, why I didn't go. Oh well, I hope they come back.

New ep coming soon, I haven't listened to the new songs yet but I revisited the world is still here and so are we in anticipation of their US tour next month and it kind of blew my mind all over again
