Well we needed our requisite album with reggae/dancehall influences what with it being a summer ending with the number 3. Just didn't expect it to be on a Kanye album of all things.

'blood on the leaves' is... something, i'll give ye that

something hideously, pitifully ugly but at least of some artistic value compared to the other five in the back end around it

The 2nd half isn't as immediate as the first, but I sense grower potential.

it's def more MBDTF than i would have liked... like i don't like "hell of a life" at all and a lot of this is in the same vein

but it's also a lot better than that song... even the second half of this is very primal and visceral (i mean, "i'm in it") and i never really got that from a lot of the MBDTF stuff

it sounds more 808s to me than MBF
