anyway i haven't really listened to this yet (just the first two songs) but LOL at grown adults where are like "I THOUGHT THE HYPE MEANT THIS WAS GOING TO BE GOOD!" guess they never had a shitty xmas or birthday as a kid, always got all the presents they wanted and had awesome parties

most of this album is just very boring but the last two tracks really tip into the abyss, completely dire shit

Couple of tracks into the iTunes stream, this is...not what I expected. I love late-70s Herbie and early 10s Lissvik and find Steely Dan tolerable so I'm happy enough but in terms of alienating people this is way more of a political statement than the Knife album.

IIRC Person Pitch was better than any Animal Collective album I'd listened to but I only really wanted to play it once

Please don't laugh because I do not know the answer. I took my 2 year to an ophthalmologist because he was showing signs of a lazy eye.. After a very long exam doctor said he needs glasses. +6.50(r) +6.0(l) took him to get his rubber glasses and the eye care lady looked at the script and was like wow that is very strong. Now the only sign he is showing is the sometimes lazy eye... How sure are doctors, I mean how do they really know. I have never wore glasses and husband doesn't either so I am not familiar with the whole glasses process.. Please explain

i don't? i listen to new releases that fall vaguely within my field out of curiosity/interest in keeping up/because it's sort of my job. and then i talk about them. i also rave about loads of new music, like every single day of my life! i'm sorry you only seem interested in the most boring obvious hype-releases tho

I kinda can't wait to pick the sunniest point in the day and go for a walk around the neighborhood while listening to the back half of this.

the italo parts of this sound to me like a poor version of alex moulton's ideas. the funk bits are sub paul hardcastle.
