every time i see this thread title a voice in my head appends "... is going to suck" but i admit i have high hopes for the todd, nile and dj falcon tracks

I disagree with Todd in that respect given the fact that there's been a lot of artists in the past few years who have been taking influence from the whole west coast pop/ yacht rock type of sound. Of course that doesn't mean I'm not excited to hear what Daft Punk will bring to the table.
