I forgot to vote, but I would have. My album vote would have been very different from my track vote which was dancepop all the way. With the exception of Kelley Polar (probably my #1) I woulda put Growing pretty high though. Also Carlos Giffoni (can't rep for adult life enuff btw).

I suppose Exclusive (Forever Edition) would have been eligible.

btw i've been listening to the paavoharju album and i'm definitely feeling it...this is gorgeous stuff. i love it when her voice weaves abstractedly in and out of it all. she sounds bizarrely like some sort of bollywood singer lost in the finnish forest.

it is toothless, you'd only play it when you didn't want teeth. can't imagine obsessing over it, but can def see myself returning abstractedly to it late at night or when hungover, and it being perfect for those situations.

The perfect pop of "The Entertainment", the manic chopping on "Orphaned", the heavy bends on "Number Our Days", the overall Buggles-worthy gloss on the vocal lines, the clever but ouch-worthy personal risk of the lyrics vs. the clean room OCD production, I could go on but the whole thing is jawdropping.

ehhhh yeah the list has gone from "interestingly esoteric and bemusing" to just plain bad now. still, we're fairly low down, and the top half pretty much has to be better right now. heads will roll if jazmine doesn't get in though.

I have managed to vote for precisely none of these albumens so far. There's a couple I wouldn't mind checking out properly though.

I think "Which Song" is my favorite off that record, and not quite as abrasive as will get fooled again (though still quite abrasive).

i am definitely finding things that i would like to check out based on the list so far, but it just seems weird and not like ilm at all, which is probably a good thing

either that or i don't pay attention to enough of ilm (closer to the actual truth)

I won't be investigating the Max Tundra. That's for sure.
