Turns out that Born In The North is A Guy Called Gerald, about 20 years old.

"Born In The North" was on an excellent comp of early UK house called 'This Ain't Chicago' that came out last year, highly recommended.

My love for this micro label knows few bounds, so I'm glad it got a wider audience there.
