I used to have a subscription to XXL (don't ask why - despite it being 30 times better than the currently dreadful The Source, it isn't exactly very good either), and it elapsed right before this issue. Thank God. If this had shown up in my mailbox.....

The Source is also equally apologetic about Chris Brown and said something offensive abt him in their last issue, which must have rankled all of the female writers on staff.

Yeah, aero, my opinion is an amalgam of yours and those previous. Rihanna is ultimately responsible for her own fate, but it really is terrible that the path she's chosen looks an awful lot like domestic abuse advocacy.
