Mark G, Tuesday, 11 December 2012 20:19 (thirteen years ago)

Listening to it right now! Great so far, and already a range of approaches. Looking forward to the rest ...

grandavis, Tuesday, 11 December 2012 20:44 (thirteen years ago)

First listen-through this morning...really enjoyed it!

WilliamC, Tuesday, 11 December 2012 20:58 (thirteen years ago)

As there a list of which ILMers were responsible for each track? Most have band names attached to them. I looked above but didn't find it, but let me know if I just missed it.

Listening Elf With Wound right now. A+

grandavis, Tuesday, 11 December 2012 21:01 (thirteen years ago)

Wow, now the LOLs! "All I Want for Xmas is LouLou" into "Holiday in Catbodia" is great. Nice sequencing.

grandavis, Tuesday, 11 December 2012 21:09 (thirteen years ago)

And ta for compliments about my track, much appreciated. I wish more people had contributed, fuck yer doing the Beatles

Tom D is secretly an important person (Tom D.), Wednesday, 12 December 2012 13:10 (thirteen years ago)

Hey Tom D, gotta say that BOTH of your tracks are great by the way. Song title for the first one is amazing. Fahey reference, correct?

Sad that I did not submit to this, I actually just recorded a Christmas thing for something here in Virginia, but I also think I imagined that this comp was going to be more jokey for some reason. What I recorded may have fit perfectly well.

grandavis, Wednesday, 12 December 2012 14:46 (thirteen years ago)

Hey we can always go for the 2013 edition. :-D

Ned Raggett, Wednesday, 12 December 2012 14:50 (thirteen years ago)

Fair enough! If there is a 2013 that is ...

grandavis, Wednesday, 12 December 2012 15:14 (thirteen years ago)

Really loving the Mark Grout "Xmas Trees" track right now.

grandavis, Wednesday, 12 December 2012 15:57 (thirteen years ago)

Stille Nacht is amazing!

skip, Wednesday, 12 December 2012 16:04 (thirteen years ago)

Fahey reference, correct?

No, actually but I'll take it! Just a Red Clydesiders reference.

Yeah I should get around to a reupload. Will do that tonight!

If there are any desires to add to the compilation:

eclectic husbandry (Dr Morbius), Tuesday, 5 November 2013 15:34 (twelve years ago)

I've got an idea brewing for a new track so I'll get to work on it

Thomas K Amphong (Tom D.), Tuesday, 5 November 2013 15:41 (twelve years ago)

Hey Ned, I sent you a recording last year that was a little too late. Is it eligible for the re-boot? I do not have a great recording set up right now, so that would be my best contribution. I can resend of course.

grandavis, Tuesday, 5 November 2013 17:24 (twelve years ago)

(xp) Fuck it, that idea didn't work... but I've got another one, to the Batcave!

Thomas K Amphong (Tom D.), Monday, 11 November 2013 09:24 (twelve years ago)

Grandavis: please resend!

Ned Raggett, Monday, 11 November 2013 14:29 (twelve years ago)

I do not have a great recording set up right now

LOL, mine's is a PC, an freeware audio editor and a guitar

Thomas K Amphong (Tom D.), Monday, 11 November 2013 14:39 (twelve years ago)

Alright Ned, will do.

Tom D., I do not even have a personal computer right now, just my work computer, so "not great" could have been substituted for non-existent. I am not happy about it, but perhaps Chrismtmas this year will bring some new toys ....

grandavis, Monday, 11 November 2013 15:33 (twelve years ago)

is this still available on Soundcloud please ?

piscesx, Monday, 11 November 2013 18:43 (twelve years ago)

Heyyyyy, wait for the re-release!

Mark G, Monday, 11 November 2013 23:39 (twelve years ago)

Would you accept a reggae cover of Cold Cold Ground by Tom Waits?

Pingu Unchained (dog latin), Friday, 15 November 2013 12:31 (twelve years ago)

Over to you, Ned

Thomas K Amphong (Tom D.), Friday, 15 November 2013 12:33 (twelve years ago)

Dog Latin: hey, I wouldn't stop ya...

Ned Raggett, Friday, 15 November 2013 13:35 (twelve years ago)

A week to go!

Ned Raggett, Monday, 25 November 2013 04:26 (twelve years ago)

I'll send you a new one this week, Ned
