I was thinking maybe Thanksgiving weekend would be a good time for the open house 2012 -- two weeks from this weekend. You can get some songs together ahead of time and arrange a playlist so that when you feel like dropping in, there won't be too much thinking involved. That is my proposal.

the way i imagined it, people could just pop in & out, time zones/family/work permitting. like an open house. also if you need a break from fambly but aren't at home, the service would still allow you to access your playlist because all of the music is youtube/soundcloud/whatever.
i am an overplanner so i'll stop it there.

just popped in and tried it out.clunky (eg having to add one a track at a time as opposed to a complete soundcloud list) and my machine aint powerful enough for smooth streaming .. also, not keen on the cutesy grafx.however, a couple of glasses later, i may be more willing to put up with such issues and hear what people are spinning.
