I think I've quite suddenly lost all interest in following rap, although maybe I've kept up with it less and less over the past couple years. I'm not even sure I can bring myself to care about the Kendrick at this point even tho I loved Section.80 and everyone says it's good. It's been a couple months since I downloaded a new rap full-length album/mixtape. :/

it's really maudlin and almost melodramatic... i think like 70% of the beats have pianos on them -- "believe it" is pretty incredible tho

durk is def the best rapper out of the new chicago kids. '52 barz' off the new tape is amazing. shame he spends so much time auto-tune warbling. doesn't suit his voice imo. 'right here' makes me cringe argh
