rich forever > --sisilafami
nah
― camp lo magellan (Whiney G. Weingarten), Sunday, 29 July 2012 19:51 (thirteen years ago)
Rich Forever is dope, but kinda monochromatic. This is pretty much wall to wall good (except the Usher song and wale/stalley verses) and runs the gamut from Luger bangers to yacht rap to BAWSE shit
― camp lo magellan (Whiney G. Weingarten), Sunday, 29 July 2012 19:53 (thirteen years ago)
nah, it's an incredibly safe album that dude has put out like 3 times already. it has its moments but ultimately a pretty big disappointment.
― buzzafeed (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 29 July 2012 19:54 (thirteen years ago)
ross needs to balance the incredibly expensive sounding shit w/ songs where he gets his hands dirty. 'rich forever' had that... he sounds threatened, mean. 'god forgives' -- despite its menacing title -- is way too weighted towards "i'm rapping in a room that's made entirely of marble and silk" shit.
― buzzafeed (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 29 July 2012 19:57 (thirteen years ago)
lol wait 50 cent has a new song out with dr dre and alicia keys

i def prefer rich forever, although i think this is a solid ross record
― mind your business lady (D-40), Monday, 30 July 2012 01:34 (thirteen years ago)
There's songs on Rich Forever that are better than anything on this, but God Forgives is better as a whole. I would have loved to have a mastered version of "King of Diamonds" :(
― camp lo magellan (Whiney G. Weingarten), Monday, 30 July 2012 01:48 (thirteen years ago)
does a al ship like the new ludacris semi-clapper "jingalin"? the verses are so bad and the chorus is such a blatant rip-off of "a$$" that i'm embarrassed even by latter day luda standards.

yeah i'm trying to remember what i tweeted when it dropped, something about how the only way beefing w/ big sean can get any sadder is to make his new single a big sean knockoff.

― buzzafeed (J0rdan S.), Monday, 30 July 2012 03:21 (thirteen years ago)

it's cool you guys like na'tee, i think she's really good. it's kinda weird though cuz in many ways she's a pretty traditional battle/punchline type rapper than thought was goon non grata, like she's not that far from joell ortiz
― wack nerd zinging in the dead of night (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Tuesday, 31 July 2012 20:01 (thirteen years ago)
"Lil Kim" is a story track that makes me think more of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIAAoHA5ikU
I haven't listened to the entire tape yet tho. she's def east coast influenced & one of her fav albums is broken silence, which i fuck w/ heavily
