For all the talk about this fest being stuck in the '90s... it looks like ATP did a great job selecting a lot of newer stuff (Autolux, Growing, Wooden Shjips, Fuck Buttons, Silver Mt Zion, Drones, Om, Edan) whereas if anyone is truly stuck in the '90s... it's gotta be MBV, sorry.

You won't see me disagree!

i'm assuming MBV is gonna add some more bands to their Sunday lineup, and i'd love to see something current that they're really into. (although in the case of more '90s stuff... i'd really like to see Aphex Twin. or maybe Earth. i dunno.)

wasn't Kevin a big Birthday Party fan, also? why doesn't he add Nick Cave circa 2008, who's touring this year?

Dammit I just saw that Negative Approach are playing in Camden on the 24th June, but that's the night I'm seeing MBV. How inconsiderate of them.

I have a ticket for the NYC show on the 22nd. Super pumped, but I better not be let down, Mr. Shields.

Looks like it's mostly the "bands chosen by My Bloody Valentine" left to be announced at ATP - I hope they choose something other than more 90s shoegaze-related bands. Wouldn't be surprised if Sonic Youth played, although I don't care much either way about that.

O the sight if this was actually an O.G. MBV reunion... meaning the band that recorded This Is Your Bloody Valentine. surprise buttsecks.
