But then I decided to rip out the boring bass and replace it, and that was even worse, so I'm trying to get the original bass sound back.

v v tempted to just send it to Crut but I'm scared he'd muck about with the timbre too much ;-)

Mine's almost finished, just need to do a couple of percussion bits and some final editing/tweaking. I've got Friday off work so plan on doing the 'drumming' then to avoid annoying my housemates...

I feel awful, but I might need to back out of doing "Father Time" on the second volume. I've felt really terrible about everything I've made recently (visually, musically, work-wise, everything - it's a phase I go through every few years) and I've been unable to complete anything, or even really to get far at all. I can submit something if needed, but if someone is itching to get in they should definitely have the spot.
