I could probably make a kick-ass mix of unreleased Trey Songz tracks from the last several years... "When I See You," "Flatline," "For The Sake Of Our Love." Dude probably has nearly a dozen unreleased songs that hold their own against many of his singles

"All" might be my fav song off this right now but it was funny today to see an R&B mixtape with it as track 1 with '(HOT!!!)' next to the song title

that low sustained moaning coursing through "All" is the best

"party life" and "candles in the sun" are just great

yeah i really love "Candles," works so much more than it has a right to

I haven't gooten into any of the tracks on vol. 3 as much as I have "Adorn"/"Gravity"/"Arch N Point"/"All"

"party life" is cool but not really as amazing as the "arch & point"/"...all" pinnacle of this series

"candles..." gets away with what it does but only barely imo

even fucking "Broads" kind of grew on me

haha it's the opposite for me, i only really care about 3-4 songs of this, albeit i REALLY care about those, but that's the same ratio as like the melanie fiona album, which this series isn't actually substantially more interesting than

and the estelle album is way better

and like there are more amazing new nikkiya tracks this year than miguel ones :(

and neither was that old nikkiya album but i haven't heard the reissue

maybe they're not ~faded~ enough for you but they are definitely more enjoyable to me. just better songs, better production, singers you want to spend more time with...miguel is trying very hard to be an auteur rather than the semi-anonymous guy behind "sure thing" but in the process hasn't remotely come close to "sure thing"s impeccable standard

and i really love "...all" but c'mon FELLOW OUTCASTS! AND WEIRDOS! stfu you try-hard
