I always found the bassist kind of scary because of those mad spittle flecked vocals he'd do, but then it turns out he's this cute gangly nerdy guy who says things like 'I HURTED MY FINGER.'

I kind of lost interest in them after a while but I always wish the first album got more love, there's a lot of shrieky pop genius on that, and 'Medium Is The Message' is a better Pixies song that most actual Pixies songs and awesome driving music.

Also 'there's an eight per cent chance that you know Charles Dance and you're no damn friend of mine....DANNNNNNY BAKKKERRRRRRRRRR, DANNNNNY BAAAAAAAAAAKERRRRRRRRRRR...'

Who fixed his broken glasses at ATP by basically winding masking tape round his whole head. Including over the lenses of his glasses. That was pretty scary.

There will be a final release, which was due to be an interim one, hopefully a three disc set, a sides, b sides, and a final cd of live tracks (including from the ULU show) and unreleased/demo songs, probably over 50 songs in total. We hope to have it out for regular album price so nobody will feel shafted.

No, these songs are being released digitally as a fund raisers for reapplying for US visas, I believe the plan is then to hopefully reschedule the US dates next yr

i don’t love the single but all the falkous projects have been pretty consistent and this version of the band is great live. I’m sure there’ll be some bangers on the album.

agreed, long time fan but not fussed on this, production's really lacking too... i alighted the falco train when FOTL put out their sophomore.

it fucking rules and also it sounds amazing. falco is the best lyricist/singer.

It's super weird, I know they toured, or were going to tour America, but then cancelled, and then I guess rescheduled, but I have no idea when they actually came through town, or, assuming they did, why I didn't go. Oh well, I hope they come back.

New ep coming soon, I haven't listened to the new songs yet but I revisited the world is still here and so are we in anticipation of their US tour next month and it kind of blew my mind all over again

they were great when I saw them a couple of months ago
