Soundrop Pros: you don't have to become anyone's FB friend, the whole Spotify library is available, songs are added immediately, the UI is slick
Soundrop Cons: you have to log in via FB, there's "voting" to decide what gets played next (though if nobody votes it's back to a queue system)

Other cons: if Spotify doesn't have the song you can't play it, and if you're in a region that the song isn't available in (the company has deals with different labels in different regions), you don't get to hear it.
