Well, according to the plot, lex is also an outlier so don't take it as gospel. Visualisations are fun though!

Yeah, to flatten a 120 dimension graph down to two always presents compromises. Perhaps something like spring-loaded similarities mapping at gnoosic would work better.

In seandalai's graph, I'm somewhere in the cloud in the lower left hand, whereas my single stat nearest poll neighbor is Johnny Fever.

xp It's a multidimensional scaling plot of the 122*122 similarity matrix projected down onto two dimensions in a way that preserves the voter-voter similarites as best as possible. There's no way to project 122 dimensions down to 2 and retain all the information, and sometimes the results are a bit wacky.

But if you look at the clumps of voters that emerge I think most of them make sense.

Perhaps something like spring-loaded similarities mapping at gnoosic would work better.

Yeah that obviously looks a lot nicer :) Would take a bit of coding though.
