That's what came into my head, but the bedtime story thing threw me. Great song. My favourite off that album - and has been since first listen.

man I don't get Pulp at all, I hate "Dishes" so much

Yeah, not a dishes fan - generally find TIH's post-fame trauma vibe unengaging & Dishes just a bit of a plod musically, and clumsy lyrically. Jumped out at me on first hearing, & I thought I'd come to love it, but it never took me.

I love Sorted, maybe more than it deserves. But I am down with JC being sniffy about nice one/geezer e conversations.

The Fear I heard on the radio recently & really enjoyed - think it had suffered from my TIH scepticism, hadn't listened in an age.

I don't know what the song is, but she seems to have ignored Jarvis' comments about reaching for the stars in "Dishes"

I should have chimed in with every entry being "Seductive Barry" much, much earlier

the great thing about Pulp is I honestly don't know if I should be concentrating on her leaping up towards the sky or the pervy upskirt view
