just read the Mojo article last night, and interesting you say that, because from the article is sounds like that's not far off from what it was...metallica dudes seemed kinda shocked by lou, they would essentially read lyrics and listen to his demos and stuff, makes something up on the spot, play it through in what they thought was just a first run...then Lou would be like "Ok sounds great, move on to the next one"...Hetfield made some comment like "lou said it was done, if this were a metallica session we'd still be working on drum sounds for another few hours"

the whole article is a really strange read...i hope someone else reads it because last night i swear it seemed to me that, in one part, lou was kinda strongly intimating that he still did cocaine, but i'm not sure
