I think I'm going to skip this poll and wait for the results... I basically only know 'Try Again', 'Get Yr Freak On', 'Cry Me a River' and Nelly Furtado's Loose album (which is great BTW).

Yeah I love what I know from his production work but I might also abstain from working as I'm barely a connoiseur and I don't want to skew the results with the best known material.

yeah it being such an outlier on The Blueprint has really hurt its reputation but it's so great (xpost)

imo even a top 5 or top 10 of obvious choices would be good in terms of strengthening the consensus of the winning tracks...no data is bad data, to put it in statistical terms.

i wouldn't be mad at that tbh -- it'll probably do well as the last really undisputed classic, the same way "Beautiful Day" got into the top 10 of a U2 poll that heavily favored early stuff. i know "My Love" will definitely be the highest (and possibly only) Danja-era production on my ballot.

If you really only know 5-6 Timbaland songs, you're gonna find a wealth of things to explore in the countdown up to #10 anyway, and half the top 10 will surprise you, so there's really no reason to abstain

Out of any Nelly songs I'd vote "Maneater", even if it's the obvious one. So good. I know FS/LS is better than Loose but Justin is just too douchey for me to ever really like.
