Can't remember if it was mentioned here or not, but I just posted this in another place and thought I'd reiterate here.
I've played around on turntable.fm a little bit and, while it has some cool aspects, it turns the experience into more of a contest or game than I'm comfortable with. I'd rather just hang with people I know and play tunes instead of voting things up or down. Also, the chat portion of turntable.fm is deemphasized in favor of some totally dumb "virtual club" setting which looks like an 8 year-old's video game. No thanks.

confirmed. when not connected to work network, this outloud thing works like a treat, when connected to work network, nada.clearly the net admins have blocked the audio streaming.probably for the best, otherwise i'd get hooked and never do any work.
